For stock: Dissolve 20g (2 heaped tablespoons) of  Bonito Seasoning Powder in 1 Litre of boiling water. 

For stir frying, marinating and seasoning: Springle desired amount of  Bonito Seasoning Powder for improved flavor and taste of foods.
